our greatest challenge is beating our yetzer hara – here’s how!

now the yetzer hara is a genius – sometimes he will tell us to do more because he knows it will burn us out, or it will make us arrogant etc. etc.
the only practical mechanism and a very very very important one at that to beating our yetzer hara is doing what the Rebbe teaches, namely to have a mashpia and consult!
in other words, when we hand over our spiritual progress to God – through consulting frequently and adhering to our mashpia’s advice (which as the Rebbe teaches, is God’s advice through the mashpia) we win!
