Our colossal all-encompassing error is not understanding God’s intent, so we assume, and as they say about assume.. let’s begin with our assumption – to begin with, our assumption is based on a premise of the immutability, the infinite Divide between God and man, hence we either try to escape God (the entire liberal movement beginning in the enlightenment) or we try to escape ourselves, for God – but what if we are capable of being God?! – what if the Divine intent is, as Chassidus teaches, that God wants to become us! – of course, if we think this is impossible, we cannot consider it; but what is a person? – a collection of beliefs; hence if we think as God thinks, if we love as God loves, then we are God
