Our brain has a number of modes (in fact, all states exist – at least subconsciously; a mode is when this state dominates, which controls our thoughts, hence emotions, hence desires, hence speech and usually actions) we have “love mode” (in order to have love, we must have safety – like a building that can be beautiful, only if the foundation is strong) we also have “lust mode,” we have “addiction mode” (now we all have a predilection to enjoy that which feels good, however, when we get a high, we desire that feeling, creating an insane endless infinite (until we cease desiring that) stimuli loop; we have “compassion mode” – we have “truth seeking mode” – we have “anger mode” (which is usually based on ) “fear mode” (though anger, can also come from jealousy, so it’s not that a. hurt b., but that b. is jealous of a. – this jealousy can have three forms, its most intense, is actually jealousy of the inner peace, (which is what we most seek, a sense of inner dignity, sort of like pride)
