One would obviously, assume the obvious; that we all can tell the difference between right and wrong, kind or cruelty

Yet somehow it’s not so simple
How many of us, though knowing this difference, dedicate our lives to goodness and kindness? not to mention how many of us succumb to cruelty born from anger, vengeance, jealousy, hence all the evil we have and do see in life?
So the psychology of goodness is the necessary steps in order to be good!
So the answer is as follows:
The great principle of goodness is humility.
When we are humble, we identify, hence feel, hence act on our feelings for another.
If on the hand, we are God-forbid arrogant, we feel greater than others, we dissociate from their issues, in fact, we find their failings as confirmation of our greatness.
