One of the wisest men ever, King Solomon, wrote a book Koheles towards the end of his life, when a person’s wisdom increases with time – certainly a wise persons – three themes stand out- chasing pleasure is retarded for one day as the animal dies so shall you and you have nothing to show for all the pleasures tasted – God runs the world, hence there is a specific time when all things happen to achieve what is meant to occur – and finally on an individual level our sole/soul purpose is to add in the realm of goodness and kindness (follow God’s wishes.)
