One of the hardest things to wrap our head around, is that God’s infinity is unlike our concept of infinity

By zevi770 · November 8, 2013

For example, if I tell you, a. loves b. very much, you have a concept of what love is and attach the emotion you understand behind love, to how a. loves b.

True infinity is not something which is infinite, it is nothing which has infinite capacity

As I said tonight in a class, God’s infinity is not like a light which is infinite, for that is limiting God to being a light – true, an infinite light, but God has no limitations, so when we say God is infinite, it means to preclude that he is not, not infinite.

In other words, he is just as much finite as he is infinite, both are abilities coming from his unlimited abilities!

Hence God’s revelation – being true infinity – is one in which, unlike say Microsoft that must release the best product to everyone simultaneously, God reveals individually, to Everyone, Simultaneously.
