One of the great lessons from an individual, who was a completely secular Jew, and a reporter, and having to report on the despicable Dreyfus affair, where a Jewish officer in the s’posed enlightened French army was anti-semeticly demoted and realizing that Jews needed a home and safety, he took 3 days off of work and came up with a solution, and worked the rest of his life for it – which shows, that any of us that care, and are willing to work for a cause, CAN make it happen!! and that’s how the modern state of Israel was born
