once upon a time differences didn’t matter – the world was a “dog eat dog” world – if you had the power to rape, steal, you were entitled to – much of Africa and the Arab world still holds this belief – for example in South Africa (perhaps the most enlightened of African countries) 25% of black males have raped, but the disturbing part is, they believe they are entitled and the way we see this (apart form the polls) is that contrary to what may be assumed, they are not the less but the more affluent – for in Africa, as your power increases, so does your entitlement
