OK OK, as the Rebbe teaches, ultimately life is not about anything but the process of everything.

You see, one friend of mine was into TM (trans-meditation) and he wrote a letter before he was religious to the Rebbe assuming the Rebbe would approve; as it showed him the light; the Rebbe explained, that whatever he was getting from TM he would benefit from Shemoinah-Esrei, the traditional Jewish daily prayer.
He always maintained a strong interest in Eastern philosophy and he once told me, the Alter Rebbe writes that the problem with eastern philosophy, meditation, religion (for though on the surface much is actually very very similar to Jewish mysticism) is, that it can lead to arrogance (and a friend of mine who came to Judaism after having a fall out with his guru, for the guru considered himself to be God and many do; so he was in that arena, and speaks about tremendous abuses of power etc. which all are arrogance related delusions.)
In other words and there are no words to describe this:
Fundamentally Judaism has a single goal and that is to make redundant the evil of our ego.
