o.k I’m 42 – not that I have the most experience, but having held Rabbinical position in which over 10,000 people annually came through my synagogue, and of-course with politics; visiting different continents etc., you gain wisdom – now put that together with the deepest revealed truth, Kabbalah, here is what I get – in life we gravitate towards pleasure which of-course necessitates (which we don’t think about) security ( Hence if God-forbid our environment is insecure, we psychologically are focused on security, and as the largest study into mental health (over 500,000,000 people!) found, that fear is the number one and in fact genesis (beginning fundamental cause) in all mental health problems – for only in a secure environment can you gravitate towards seeking desire ) Ultimately though, AS THE REBBE SAYS, IN OUR GENERATION, OUR LOVING CREATOR DESIGNED LIFE THAT WE WOULD HAVE OUR FILL OF PLEASURE AND IT IS ONLY THOSE, WHO BEGIN TO HAVE AN EXISTENTIAL CRISES, HENCE IT IS PARTICULARLY THOSE IN WESTERN DEMOCRACIES THAT PROVIDE BOTH FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT AND THOUGHT THAT ARE FULFILLING GO-D’S HIGHEST INTENT – PERPETUAL GROWTH
