Nothing but nothing is more important than having the right approach, for if you think water is poison and poison water, Oy Vey! Now in our approach to people we all will have one of four possible approachs: the first is that everyone is beautiful – this approach is born in the hearts hence minds of those who have experienced only the beauty and security of their societies- the second approach is “everyone is ugly”, “people are evil,” “people are thieves,” “people are malicious” which of-course comes to anyone growing up in an ugly malicious and stealing society- in this paradigm we feel entitled to be just as evil – the next paradigm is at least historically Jewish but it may be by others, namely, “we are good; others cruel” which though a generalization was obviously a result of experience- finally there is the last and true Jewish mysticism paradigm which is obviously that based on experiences we all would assume one of the above, however in absolute truth in the most evil person there is a soul and in the greatest soul lurks ( albeit perhaps without any active influence) evil
