No level is more important for us to achieve, for it gives us complete serenity, than hishtavous / equanimity

The Baal Shem Tov explains hishtavous, namely, to see, that all that God does – Everything – is ultimately in our interest! Hence, instead of throwing our toys out of the cot, we are grateful for everything!
