Because The Torah is beyond time and space, hence whenever we study (we so connect.)

As Torah is beyond Time, hence when God gave the Torah, it included all (of time.)
MANIFESTING GOD
As God imbued us with the ability to manifest God when we learn Torah, hence when we are actually learning, this is greater (than even Matan Torah.)
