The Avoda (Divine service) that causes the Divine revelation, is Iskafyah (subjugating our instincts) and Ishapchah (transforming them.)

ISKAFIYAH

Iskafiya is setting aside your ego – and to do this (which is very very difficult) God gives us infinite ability.

PRAYER

Prayer is connecting your lower half (you, here) with your higher (you, above.)

GRATITUDE

Whatever God gives, say, THANKS!
