My best advice

I know, it’s not like you don’t hear from me, but every article has a separate point

This one is, if I had to give you my best advice – obviously coming from Jewish mysticism – here is what it would be

  • Know that this world has a Creator – each and every thing that happens to you, as each and everything thing that happens to everyone (for our Creator being infinite can multitask) is designed for your spiritual and of course physical benefit (whereas the physical is quite simple, security, friendship, the spiritual is eternally growing.)
  • As such life has two components, the material which is a necessity and the spiritual which is like a luxury
  • God bestows freedom of choice – God is not a despot – you are free to try to find out the truth or to ignore it
  • As the Rebbe always said, hard work creates result in the spiritual arena – there is no such thing a free lunch – only through working exceptionally hard at your spirituality will you grow and if you don’t work hard you will fail – that is the system God made (in order to us not feel like beggars but achievers.)
