Are Mitzvos Judaism?

The answer, of-course, no.

Judaism is of-course a belief system.

The belief that God is the purpose of man’s life; as King Solomon said, “Know this, in the end of the day, all that matters is to fear God, and keep his Mitzvos/commandments, for this is the entirety of man’s existence.”
