Many of us, myself included and as I personally heard from Howard Luntz (the famous pollster) are deeply concerned – but I guess it is in truth because we’re stupid – You see what we have to realize is as follows, the world is not our world – the experiences we have felt are not real- we are like a tiny little robot put into a video game the size, well, of our ever expanding universe! – this game has been set by the programmer and as the prophets tell us, it has two realities: the outside and inside – on the outside level, well it has never remotely been better! never have people had so much! and it will exponentially continually get ever better and better! (for technologies have a multiplier effect, as one is built on the backbone of another) However internally, believe it or not, its also messianic – for the Rebbe in his famous pep-talk encouraging us to do all we can to bring Moshiach, remarkably at the end said, “and the primary problem is we are not growing” – yes that too seems to have been solved
