MAN LIVES IN A PARADOX, SOLVED ONLY THROUGH KABBALAH
By zevi770 · July 2, 2013
– this is the paradox – if you feel great (about yourself) you think you are impervious to evil and hence through both neglect, as well as complacency don’t do much good! – if you feel bad about yourself, you are very active, as the Talmud states “if not for greed (which is based on low self-esteem) the world would not have been built” – if businessmen didn’t want money, the world as we know it wouldn’t exist – but unfortunately, the motivation is self-agrandization not compassion – hence to solve this paradox, we need mainly to feel great, but always retain an element of sadness, so in this way, we are both happy and motivated!
