Like Microsoft Word – I remember the first time I used it – it looked like something from another planet but as it was made to be user friendly, presto, I picked it up and got addicted – similarly life – it looks like something very weird but once you get it – presto, you can be alive! – life boils down to this simple fact – we are unique – animals are also alive but they are not – for they have no ability to consciously choose, to independently think – as the famous adage, “I think therefore I am” – but more precisely, “I act on my convictions, therefore I am alive”
