Life is a spectrum from light to dark, from love to hate

Here is how it goes

On one end of the spectrum, is pure light

It is God, it is our soul!

On the other end of the spectrum, is anger.

All people are composites of both ends of the spectrum.

As Reish Lokish, a former gangster turned Rabbi said “Even the bad Jews are filled with compassionate acts.”

In other words, I am light, but my anger like darkness will suck out my light and cause me to do things I would never otherwise do.

But then the question is, how do we become angry?

And the answer is as follows.

For whatever reason, God created two universes, the universe of love / light and the universe of darkness / evil stemming from anger and hate.

Now in order for the second universe to exist, he put in a single ingredient which we all contain, it’s called ego.

Don’t believe me, if someone insults you, how do you feel?!

If someone insults an animal, they are not fazed.

Animals care only about pain or pleasure.

But humans care very very much about pride and shame.

So here is the simple truth which pays to both realize within oneself and realize, as it determines good from bad people.

If you or someone is angry, they are evil.
