Life is a composite of bodies and soul; inanimate matter and passionate drives! this concept, though of course intrinsic to every being, is the dynamic in a marriage (without prefacing all the psychology of why and how this happens) for the husband is the spirit, the wife the “foundation” (the body) of the marriage – woe to a marriage, that the husband’s spirit, is meaningless.
