Just like say if you went into a bank and somebody was shouting at the teller, so if they were shouting "give me my money!" and the fact of the matter was the teller was not giving them their money, you would understand… whearas if somebody was shouting "give me money!" but it isn’t their money, you would think the person is crazy…. so we see that the difference between normal or malicious is the notion if we are truly entitled or not
