Jealousy

Hate comes not from despising another’s evil, for despising causes not hate, but disgust; hate comes from either feeling abused, hence hatred towards the abuser; or it comes from jealousy of another’s happiness, but as the person sees themselves as kind, they rationalize that the evil in the other is so horrific that they deserve to be hated, which is in fact, their jealousy manifesting!
