It would appear to me, that it is obvious, God didn’t want us to be born instinctually good like angels, for that would abrogate our choice to be good! hence, it wouldn’t be us being good, but God’s instincts

So in order for us to CHOOSE to be good, a lot of – as the Bible says – good and evil, was put into this world, allowing anyone to observe the two, and consciously choose who they wish to be!
