It states in the Talmud that God causes good missions to be done through good people and bad missions to be done through bad people.

 

 

Based on this it is obvious the meaning of the statement of our sages, everything comes from God besides believing in God.

 

In other words, freedom of choice does not extend into what you do, only into what you want to do.

 

This moment say “I want to be good not bad!”

 

When you mean it, for God can see your heart, then God will cause that the good that he needs, desires, wants, and will cause to occur in this world, shall partially be done through you.

 

Otherwise God forbid we are naturally wicked hence God will cause that the bad, negative, corrections, punishments that need to occur will come through you.
