It is not possible that anybody knows anybody better than the creator them!, and as such, it is not possible that G-d expects us not to be just a normal person. It is rather His hope, His delight, His desire, much like a parent, that we will not remain as a simple biochemical biology run by our instincts / desires but a seeker and an integrator of higher truth and consciousness.
