Instead of seeing life as separate things, eating, sleeping, making a living; we need to assume that as everything comes from a single Creator, hence, everything by necessity must be in the interest of the Creator, and if you understand this, you will understand how. – you see, most people make a fundamental error by viewing good as a certain static paradigm, say communion with God as an example, hence, they view all that is not communion with God as frivolity, hence they are conflicted, for as we need to sleep, eat, make a living, hence, they are doing things which in their eyes are bad – but in truth, as God is infinite, and we finite, we have infinite growth! – and in order to grow infinitely, if you are finite, there must be what is called rotzu vshuv, ying and yang constantly, for through constant spiritual insights, one can come back to earth continuously, more refined – and conversely, one needs to even have a desire to seek the high (spirituality, ratzu, ying) in the first place! and hence our constant descent in materialism be it eating, sleeping, making a living, actually, is the very fuel that drives us toward the high in the first place!!!
