Instead of looking at reality as reality we must see it as steps.

We know that God created the world with an intent.

The intent is to bring Moshiach.

Even before light was created when the world was desolate Tohu Uvaho the intent of the Moshiach was the coming of Moshiach, as Rashi states.

Although we are living in reality, our reality only becomes fixed if we don’t see the big picture, for then we become a victim of the small picture.

To see the big picture we must be able to see the beginning and the end and then assess where we are in that phase.

Let us begin before there is anything at all, only in God’s mind.

God desired to unite with you on planet earth.

To do this he created planet earth, furthermore he created the nations of the world, so you would have the freedom to be a Jew or to feel that there is no difference in being Jewish.

To give you guidance he gave us the Torah, Bible and the Tzaddikim, the sages who taught us.

To give us freedom, he created a society that was so awed by scientific progress it feels like there may be no need for God in any event.

To give us freedom of choice, he made us realize that all the wizardry and gadgets in the world don’t make man happy, in fact make him realize how empty the modern world is.

And now we are standing at the threshold of God’s original intent, that God desired to unite with you on planet earth.

Unity is not one person obliterating the other, rather two people who see eye to eye.

Hence it is this realization of God’s goodness, kindness, superiority over the material place itself that is the ultimate dwelling of God in man.

But as God is infinite this dwelling is not a one time deal like a human marriage but also an everlasting continuous growth process.
