In truth, there is but a single way to truly grasp reality, for there are merely three possibilities: the first is, God is made-up; the second is, our reality is made-up; both which seem to be inconsistent with truth; but leaves one with the question: what kind of God would make our reality? – and then there is the truth, namely, our reality is actually very simple: out of unconditional love, God gave you and me freedom, to either follow innate instincts (like every animal does, so we live and die instinctively) or to grow, which as Kabbalah teaches – as God is infinite, so to growth!
