In the Rebbes last talk on this (and last weeks) Parshah a truly wonderful, beautiful and inspirational idea was taught.

To begin with, the Hebrew language is unique.

Most languages are consensus, so if everyone calls a spoon a cup and a cup a spoon, the meaning becomes reversed; which is why many languages have different consensuses for different nouns.

Judaism, is the first language made by God-Himself, revealed to Adam; as such, it is far more than consensus, it is an exact science.

Without going into the myriad levels of this Kabbalistic wisdom, on a very basic level, every name of an item in Judaism, is the actual essential nature of that item.

When speaking about redemption, the name is Geulah, however when speaking about exile, the name is Golah.

The difference being one out of the five letters, namely, the letter Alef.

This represents a number of fundamental truths.

Firstly, the messianic stage is not another world, divorced from our reality; we will still eat, drink, sleep etc. however we will infuse every action with meaning – I was interviewing Rabbi Wagner on my radio-show who explained this concept, and a blind man later called him and agreed, saying, when he plays golf, he feels spiritual.

Yes, we may play golf, hang out with friends and go on holiday; but each and every action will be meaningful, for we will understand the deeper core spiritual reason how this action contributes to making the world more, a universally harmonious place.

Of course to bring about redemption it necessitates, we start today!

So this very moment, ask yourself: how can I transform the mundane activities in life, into spiritual ones?

Can I see, a deeper reason, why God wants me to work? to love? even to eat? to sleep?
