In The Image of God

Reading the headlines, it reminds me of the story of the king who was informed by his minister of agriculture “sire, all the wheat has soured and shall turn those who taste but a morsel into lunatics;” “oh what shall we do” lamented the king; “sire, eat or die;” “I’ll tell you what” said the king “you and I shall make a mark on our foreheads for in this way when we see each other we will be reminded that we are nuts!”
The bizarreness of the headlines shows to a world that has totally completely and utterly lost its moral compass!
But then again, the “enlightenment” that imploded God and gave a license to free our passions, intended just that.
And it is only by rejecting this false license of debasement, and willingly submitting to God’s moral compass, that we can once again proudly testify to our superior status as being in the image of God! Sent via my BlackBerry from Vodacom – let your email find you!
