In the end of the day there is only one, yes one, system of goodness and kindness that is fool proof – from the many many Yetzer Hara’s traps – sinister abilities to derail us, in anger, revenge etc. etc. – and that is to redefine our existence away from our selfish notion of our individuality, rather to feel we are one with God, hence as God is one and everything is merely like his many arms, we are one with everything and practically, besides our new identity of oneness, we also have a specific mission – so you can both be part of a symphony and have your own instrument, own specific mission within the overall mission – and to fulfil our mission we a. must be grateful (for gratitude equals joy and joy equals the ability to overcome all of the Yetzer Hara’s tactics, all stemming from “helping” a person get over unhappiness, through various quick fixes – anger being one of them, but of course they are all temporary releases at best and like quicksand only pull a person deeper into the pit, like addiction etc. etc.) and b. realizing that we don’t set the agenda! rather God sets our daily missions! and it is up to us to adhere to his advice! through adhering to a mashpia, spiritual Chassidic mentor, knowledgeable in both the revealed and esoteric wisdom, revealed by God to man!
