In the end of the day all our troubles are caused by ego (for when our ego flares, we are certain what another has done – to us – is evil, and they deserve to be annihilated (though we would say punished) and all our solutions come from humility – for when we don’t think anything of ourselves we a. have a functioning mind and b. don’t care (if someone demeans / shames us)
