In Simple Words, we can either have a fantasy driven life, where the pleasure is in the expectation, like say in alcohol, that though it gives temporary relief from existential suffering, the result is even more! or we can have a reality-based life, which is, only through the very very hardest challenge, namely listening to the Divine voice, and thereby achieving Divine results – will we have Joy😂
