In simple words, there are obviously only two ways to live, one is based on the predication that "knowledge is power," as such, we see vast masses seeking university knowledge – there is an obvious human tendency – for what makes the human unique, is the mind – to, as Aristotle said "The greatest pleasure is information" – Then there is another predication, that all knowledge is empty, apart for the truth, that knowledge itself, is like a rock compared to the Creator of all the laws of physics, even the spiritual laws
