In Kabbalah it speaks often about being, in an open happy state or conversely in a fearful closed state – obviously, the goal of Kabbalah and every normal person’s ambition in life must be, to be, not in the fearful closed, rather, in the open happy state, which is summed up, in the simple all encompassing saying of the Baal Shem Tov, “fear no-one, save have respect for God! And love your fellow Jew with all your heart and soul!!!”
