Imagine a funnel – now turn the funnel upside down – now imagine, you can create, design, manufacture, shape any funnel you can imagine

The point is this, we have a tendency to see God like the top of an upside down funnel – but God is not the top of the reality “food chain,” he is entirely beyond it, like a computer program is beyond the program he makes.

So ultimately, it’s not God’s desire to create a funnel, rather to interact with you – but for you to exist, the funnel had to exist, much like a computer programmer is not looking to make a tree or universe – rather, he is looking to create say an interactive game in which you can find challenges by which you feel accomplished through overcoming – but as God is infinite, it’s his joy to assist you in winning!
