Once upon a time lived a wizard

 

Now unlike most, he was selfless

Unlike others, he was love

 

“What can I do to love?”

So he made a video game

And inside this game he put little people, a beautiful universe, replete with twinkling stars, babbling brooks, snow capped mountains, delicious fruits

 

But as importantly, he didn’t want his little people to feel like they were subservient creatures

 

He wanted them to feel good about themselves

 

So he said to them “I will give you a challenge”

 

When you pass the challenge, you will be rewarded

Inside each of his little people he put two souls, one, a spark of his own: love, compassion, morality and another the exact opposite of his own: selfish, egotistical, instinctive (and all the ramifications of such desires)
