If you don’t make boundaries you’ll get raped / abused – in fact when you make boundaries, far from shutting people out, becuase you are confident you feel open (this is also seen on national levels for as Americans if we don’t wipe out jihadists we will God-forbid be wiped out, however once we establish our red lines we will have confidence and kindness)
