If we understand this, we have a true – not weird – conception of reality – Without going into all the details, what we need to realize is, reality is like a seesaw – things / emotions / feelings, work against/on, like light and darkness, heat and cold, each other; so the more you love, the less you hate, and vice versa; the more you trust, the less you fear, and vice versa; the more you are humble, the less you are arrogant and vice versa
