If we look purely based on results, in the past 100 years the most evil people have been a. the stupid German Kaiser who started world war 1, causing app 22 million deaths and 18,million wounded : ( Hitler causing world war two (something wrong with those Germans!…) app 70-80 million deaths (including those died of starvation etc.) 3% of Humanity!!!! Stalin caused 26,000,000 Dead (one communists dictator!) and believe it or not Obama who caused in Syria 600,000 Dead, not to mention the chaos he started in Egypt, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and Pakistan.
