If we just get this through our thick skulls, we will truly never have another moment of pain (real pain, not minor scraps and bruises) anger is never justified (as anger is always a product of our ego – the proof is, the most righteous, noblest Tzaddik/saint, upon seeing evil, doesn’t hate the evil-doer, rather will despise the evil.)
