If we go to the fundamental principles, well we will understand everything else, because everything comes out of the fundamental principle:

 

 

The first and primary fundamental principle of life is, God desires out of love for us – like a parent to their child – to bestow the ultimate gift possible – that we can continually progress.

 

Principle number two: is we are born and develop an identity – as sense of self.

 

Principle number three: this identity is housed in a body which is like an animal addicted to pleasure and fearful of pain.

 

Principle number four: within us are two opposing souls, our Divine soul which is selfless and our body plus ego, which not only is selfish but also prone to anger hence violence (which is why people get angry and as a corollary, get violent.)

 

But all of this, relates back to the first principle, that God wishes to unite within us, to cause that we shed all our perceptions of who we are, for no matter who you think you are, you are that; and hence limited to being that.
