If we do not use our minds to actively think about what we choose to think, then the virus we all have, namely selfishness, anger, revenge when provoked, all infect the mind and hence the mind is never neutral – either we are actively engaged in trying to think say and do positive, or by default we will be actively engaged in selfish instinctual wants, or worse harmful, vengeful thoughts
