If nothing else, we are emotional, but how to deal with our emotions remains the greatest enigma.

Some say give into it – this in fact was the entire “enlightenment” movement, namely a desire to simply give into all licentious which of course anyone who has, realizes that happiness, causes it not.

We have many different emotions, but primarily we have love – usually that which we think will be pleasurable – and fear, staying away from that which we think, or have experienced to be painful.

Additionally, as we have an ego, we have the terrible emotion of jealousy – to destroy that which another has, which we don’t; (hence anti-semitism, the jealous destruction of the miserable sods towards the happy souls.)

Ultimately, we must understand that emotions are nothing more (though nothing less, than perceptions!

As such, they of course may be and often are wrong!

When we are seeing evil in others, it’s not a sign that the other has evil, but we have evil – but what causes us to see evil, if we are the problem, not them?

To understand this, we must understand three things about reality:

Number one, where there is love, evil is either not seen, or if it is seen, it is not a cause to not love the other – as say a parent loves their child and as we love ourselves unconditionally.

Where there is lack of love, there is jealousy over those who have love, for man is jealous of everyone (besides their child or student) hence jealousy over happiness, as any form of jealousy, causes a subconscious desire to destroy the joy – the happiness, namely the love, the other feels (hence bullies, randomly choose people they a. don’t think will retaliate and b. are happy to terrorize (which is the only reason behind terrorists, radicals, antisemites…)

And three, as a person doesn’t want to see themselves in a bad light, for they have self-love, but they lack love for others – due to an erroneous assumption that no one loves them, extrapolating from isolated incidents of being abused – hence the mind (the consciousness, as a result of the subconscious desire) creates justifications/ rationalizations (which of course, as they are the person who sees the justification, hence one doesn’t realize it is a rationalization, rather assumes it to be the truth – and in any case it is their subconscious desire) of other’s evil.
