I think the hardest thing for us to realize, is, God doesn’t need us, to becomes Godly; anything that we can become, is obviously an infinitely degraded level from the essence of truth and of God; What God does desire, as Chassidus teaches us, is, to permeate our consciousness! The way God permeates our consciousness, is not through us understanding God, for our understanding is limited and hence at best, is still infinitely removed from God! rather, through us submitting our consciousness to God!
