I think, that we have such a strong need for independence, that instead of allowing the truth – namely, all is from God, hence our failings are not ours, neither our successes – as they are both infinite steps in the infinite stairwell of growth – we foolishly, egotistically, hold onto our actions as our own; both maintain regrets and delusions – over failure and success respectively.
