I think I hit the holy grail, if we Jews have such a concept : ) for the truth is, the great question of course is, what is the truth? – and to date, no one has discovered it; Einstein himself said (quoting from memory) “we have yet to discover the secrets of God, but when we do, I am sure it will be, both simple and beautiful” – so, as we have had occasion to mention, the truth – how everything functions, was revealed by the Rebbe in the last majorly edited talk before his speech stopped – in it (without belaboring the point) he says, everything occurs in a three staged process: God has a vision, he creates the steps to implement the vision, resulting in the vision, fulfilled; for example, God wanted us to bring Moshiach, so he created us, gave us the Torah, we followed its diet, this created the reward, Moshiach; but as God is infinite, this replays itself infinitely; for we can infinitely grow – however there is a simple simple mechanism by which we can relate to this concept and that is time – you see, the reason we have had so much difficulty understanding reality, is because we fail to place the dimension of time, as part of its fabric; Einstein of course discovered, what is taught in Kabbalah, that reality consists not of space, rather of a space-time continuum – in other words, fundamental to reality – in fact, more fundamental than space (as the Tzemmach Tzeddek said, “space is written on the canvas of time”) is the notion of time – a past, a present, and a future – now here is why when we fail to understand this, everything goes south – for when we see reality in a spatial concepts, there is up and down, higher and lower, so you’re either here or there, but you can’t be in both places simultaneously; but if you think in terms of time – both higher and lower exist simultaneously – different dimensions, but same time – once we understand this, we first understand, how within the same time “zone” everything can exist; upper and lower, and everything in-between; if so, what is merely occurring, is, we are not travelling through space, rather through time – through experiences – through lessons in life! – always have been, and always will be!
