I remember once at a farbrengen (sort of a Jewish mystical informal gathering) the Mashpia (Jewish mysticism expert/Rabbi/friend/inspirer) Rabbi Kesselman said (I believe from the Rebbe Maharash) "all of problems come from one (so like you are thinking, I thought – really?) and this is the one – lack of self-discipline!"
