I learn with this amazing guy in Tsfat. This morning we sat at our regular time today with an excess of booms and planes wooshing through the sky and I realized how lucky we are to be here. Reflecting on how we all left our מצרים to be in the land. To be worthy of enduring this time and living through it. To be a part of the history of עם ישראל. I realized that every rocket is an opportunity to double down on Hashem’s greatness, celebrate life and kedusha and own that we independently fight for peace, life and goodness. I realized we need to celebrate, really look at every opportunity to see good and double down, say extra words of kindness, do one more mitzvah say one more chapter of tehilim and own that our armor is that we are chosen to be happy. I am tired of living in this war. I request we celebrate, every soldier whose soul fought for our freedom deserves blessings and praise and tears of joy we should honor the sanctity of our army and its divine protection without resentment or pointing fingers. This is Hashem’s war we are his children no dictator commander or officer is calling the shots. When we surrender we can celebrate that God is watching us we are worthy, we are a force, we are huge, we are the light of the world we are worthy of this land and this country and no one is going to break us. While America celebrates independence we celebrate our trust in the greatest force in the world. Hashem. For every firework we get rockets. Let’s all celebrate this July 4th with as much integrity, love and respect for Judaism as we can. I’m so proud of us we deserve to smile we live in truth and love and no one can take that away from us.
